Arron's journey began in service to country and continued in service to people. From the discipline of the U.S. Air Force to the calling of ordained ministry and the rigor of the boardroom, every chapter sharpened a single instinct: help others go further than they ever thought possible.
In 2020 he founded Arron D. Barber‑Stephens Enterprise L.L.C. in Los Angeles, California with one promise — to be the trusted partner that pairs strategy with soul. Whether the room calls for a consultant, a coach, a creative producer, or a quiet professional behind the wheel, the standard is the same: excellence, integrity, and care.
